From the Front

‍

‍

Kyle Steiner is a father, coach, and Special Operations veteran who spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, including 17 years as a Green Beret.

‍

‍

Kyle's early combat experience in Afghanistan’s Korengal Valley was documented in the award-winning films Restrepo and Korengal. After surviving a shot to the head, he went on to spend nearly two decades in Special Forces pushing himself while learning how to effectively train, develop and lead young men in the most demanding environments imaginable.

‍

Fatherhood Changed The Mission

‍

Becoming a father gave Kyle a different purpose. He had seen first-hand what hardship could build in a person — and what it could cost. As his priorities shifted closer to home after the birth of his sons, the question became more complex:

‍

How to develop discipline, resilience, confidence, and competence - without requiring hardship or trauma to teach them?

‍

Lessons from the Mat

‍

That question followed Kyle into youth wrestling coaching.

‍

As one of the founders of Niceville Wrestling Academy, Kyle saw first hand how young people, especially young men, become more capable in all areas of their lives when faced with meaningful challenge, high standards, and the ability to experience failure. During the same time, he noticed other fathers repeatedly asking him variations of the same question:

‍

‍How can we give our children better lives without leaving them less prepared?

‍

Frontline Fathers

‍

Frontline Fathers grew from the answer to that question.

‍

Kyle created platform for fathers who want to be more intentional about the men they are today and the men their sons are becoming — men grounded in capability, discipline, and presence.

‍

Kyle's programs don’t offer a formula for perfect fatherhood. He offers hard-earned perspective, practical standards, and a community committed to a simple responsibility:

‍

‍be the man they can depend on now, and raise the men others can depend on later.
